What is a Hosted PBX Service?
Hosted PBX is a term that is broadly used today by many different businesses; each with their own different interpretations and definitions. Each Hosted PBX Service Provider has implemented their own versions of what they offer for their Hosted PBX Service but this is what you can expect from Data Network Solutions Hosted PBX Service.
The Hosted PBX Service offered by DNS is Hybrid SIP & Digital Asterisk Based IP PBX delivered through your internet connection using Voice over IP or VoIP is the next generation of business telephony services. Our Hosted PBX Service offers remote office users, Small Businesses, Schools and Local Government an alternative to having to install their own IP PBX System on site. This approach allows for small businesses to have access to the same PBX features that the larger companies utilize without the high costs associated with the purchase and maintenance of an on-premise IP PBX Phone System.
Hosted PBX Service from DNS
Hosted PBX Service is licensed for a monthly fee. There are two possible choices for our Hosted PBX Service. 1st we offer Hosted PBX Service on a per phone seat or extension basis referred to as Enterprise, which has 3 Tiers of features and functionality; or as an alternative we offer a combination of carrier lines and extension basis referred to as IP Select. Depending upon the number of seats and features required depending on your specific needs either method of licensing could be more cost effective. More details of our Hosted PBX Service are provided below and some one is always available to answer your questions by calling 1-800-649-6741.
