Hosted VoIP & SIP Trunk Ala Carte Services

Voice mail add-on

  This service enables users to record messages from callers for calls that are not answered within a specified number of rings, or for calls that receive a busy condition. Most traditional features are supported, including forwarding the voice mail as a .wav file attachment to a designated email account.  We should say when these services are used.....since we have it ala carte, the question has come up whether it is in included in the seat price (of course this would be answered on the feature matrix)

Call Control Toolbar (Recurring)

  The Call Control Toolbar provides access to Broadsoft calling services from a toolbar, to provide an application that enables users to make and accept telephone calls and change telephone settings from within Outlook and Internet Explorer. This is the recurring charge purchase option. There is no NRC charge for this purchase option.

Call Control Toolbar (Non Recurring)

  The Call Control Toolbar provides access to Broadsoft calling services from a toolbar, to provide an application that enables users to make and accept telephone calls and change telephone settings from within Outlook and Internet Explorer. This is the one-time cost purchase option. There is no MRC charge for this purchase option

Attendant Console

  This web-based service enables a user (for example, a receptionist) to monitor the calling status (off-hook, on-hook, do not disturb, etc.) of a configurable set of users in the user’s business group. This service provides critical call detail and group member status for effective attendant call routing. Entirely web based, this service surpasses legacy PBX consoles, and seamlessly combines with Broadsoft applications such as Auto Attendant, for enhanced attendant solutions.

Auto Attendant

  Provides a powerful tool to field inbound calls and direct them to the intended destination through automated interaction with the caller. Once connected to the Auto Attendant, the caller is played a greeting that provides a menu of options to complete call routing. Auto Attendant includes 1 DID.

Broadsoft Receptionist -  Enterprise

  Receptionist is an intuitive attendant console that manages high volume call distribution for front-desk operators through remote control of their desk phone. In addition to integrated contact status and messaging, it has many other features that include call statistics and integration into enterprise-level repositories and services. Receptionist Enterprise will support a maximum of 200 static monitored (status  constantly monitored) users and 300 dynamic monitored users
 

Broadsoft Receptionist - SMB

  Receptionist is an intuitive attendant console that manages high volume call distribution for front-desk operators through remote control of their desk phone. In addition to integrated contact status and messaging, it has many other features that include call statistics and integration into enterprise-level repositories and services. Receptionist Enterprise will support a maximum of 30 static monitored (status constantly monitored) users.
 

Broadsoft Assistant

  Broadsoft Assistant provides access to CommPilot services from a toolbar, to provide an application that enables users to make and accept telephone calls, and change telephone settings, from within Outlook and Internet Explorer.
 

Class 5 Feature Package

  The Class 5 Feature Package is a comprehensive set of 34 popular calling features and call management services. This package is designed to add class features to “virtual user” services such as auto attendants, call centers and hunt groups.
 

Conferencing Bridge [per MOU per User]

  The Conferencing service allows group administrators and users to create multi-port conference bridges that can be used by members of the group and external parties to hold scheduled, recurring, non-reservation, and ad-hoc conferences. The maximum number of ports that could be used by a subscriber is set by the CommPartners Connect system administrator. The usage charge is applied for every party in the conference calls, e.g. in a 4 party conference, the usage charge would be billed at $0.156 per minute of use for the period when all 4 parties are on line.
 

IPFax Solution -Flat Rate

  An inbound hosted fax service whereby traditional and IP based faxes are received, captured as a bit map file and sent to an email box as an attachment. 150 minutes of use per month is included. This approximates 150 single page incoming faxes per month. Minutes of use that exceed 150 minutes are billed at the rate of $0.10 per minute. IPFax Solution includes 1 DID.

  IPFax Solution includes 150 minutes of use per month. This approximates 150 single page incoming faxes per month. Minutes of use that exceed 150 minutes are billed at the rate of $0.10 per minute.
 

Hunt Group

  The Hunt Group service allows incoming calls to a central phone number to be distributed among the members of that group according to a hunting policy. The following hunting policies are supported: simultaneous, circular, regular, weighted, and uniform. A Hunt Group does not include a DID. DIDs can be added as Additional DIDs.
 

Instant Group Call

  The Instant Group Call (IGC) service allows a user to call a group of members, whereby the system alerts all members in the group. As the members answer, they are joined into a multi-way conference. The Instant Group Call service allows an administrator to define a group composed of a list of member users. These members can be part of the same group or enterprise (specified by user name, extension or location code + extension) or can be external users (specified by a phone number or SIP URI).
 

Music on Hold

  This service allows an administrator to set up and maintain an audio source that can be broadcast to held parties in various scenarios (Call Park, Call Hold, and Call Centers).
 

Toll Free Number

  A telephone service in which dialing the Toll Free Number is free to the person making the call. The call is billed to the person or company being called.
 

Toll Free Usage Rate [per MOU]

  The time that a Toll Free call is active is billed per minute for every minute of use. Toll Free rates apply to the continental US, Hawaii, and Canada. A flat rate of $0.30 per minute of use will apply to both interstate and intrastate Toll Free calls from Alaska. Calls from payphones to Toll Free numbers will incur a $0.80 one time charge per call.
 

IPCallRecord – Basic [per license]

  A carrier-grade call recording solution that records inbound and outbound calls and stores them in MPEG format. Access for call administration and user management of recorded calls provided using secure web portal access. Both recorded calls along the CDR information are maintained in the user portal. Each user license includes up to 5000 minutes of recorded calls per license that are stored up to 30 days before deletion. Recorded calls can be downloaded to permanent storage by users prior to deletion.
